Ticketing Terms & Conditions
Please read and understand the following terms and conditions as they are applicable for all ticket purchases. This information is also available on the ticketing website and will be included in your ticketing confirmation.
Brick City Beer & Wine Festival: All ticketholders who wish to partake in the beer and wine sampling at the Brick City Beer and Wine Festival must be aged 21 and older to take part in the sampling. You will be required to show your valid ID at the gate in order to get your sampling wristband. Anyone found to be providing alcoholic drinks to anyone under age will be asked to leave without refund, along with the person or persons receiving drinks. Those under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
Concert: After 6pm, Feel Downtown LIVE will have beer and beverages on sale. You must be 21 years of age and older to purchase alcoholic beverages. You will be required to show your valid ID to retrieve a 21 and up wristband in order to purchase alcohol.
- COOLERS are not permitted at this event.
- Tailgating is not permitted at this event.
- Panhandling is not permitted at this event.
- Unauthorized selling of products is not allowed at this event.
- Security, police and event staff will be in observation at the event and will inforce restrictions as necessary up to your removal from the event without refund.
The event is rain or shine. No refunds will be provided for inclement weather. If severe conditions develop, attendees will be notified.
The organizers (City of Ocala/Rotary Clubs of Ocala) of the event (Brick City Beer and Wine Festival) reserve the right to refuse entry and/or eject anyone from the event for any reason affecting the security and safety of themselves, other attendees, staff, and volunteers. Anyone found in violation of local or state law will be ejected from the event, and possibly face civil and/or legal action.
Concert VIP Seating
VIP tickets are provided access to a front viewing area and seating. Seating is unassigned and is first come, first serve. If you wish to have seating together, please arrive early to collect seats. We do not oversell VIP seating. In addition, please note that we are unable to force people to stay seated in a concert/festival environment. Refunds will not be provided for obstruction of view by other patrons.
Marketing and Photography
By attending the event, you give your consent to being included within any film, photograph, audio and/or audio-visual recording to be used for advertising and promotion purposes by the Brick City Beer and Wine Festival and City of Ocala who will own the copyright to the material.
The venue is Citizens’ Circle and it is ADA compliant. ADA parking is located in the parking garage on Ft. King Street and at City Hall and Customer Service Center parking lots.
Paramedics and police are on site for events. You hereby consent to medical care and transportation at your cost in order to obtain treatment in the event of injury as Event staff, security, police or medical professionals may deem appropriate in their reasonable discretion. You understand this waiver extends to any liability that arises out of, or is in any way connected with the medical treatment and transportation provided in the event of an emergency and/or injury.
By purchasing a ticket, you hereby indemnify and hold harmless the City of Ocala, Brick City Beer and Wine Festival, Ocala Silver Springs Rotary Club, Ocala Sunset Rotary Club, any event sponsors, or non-profits, and each of their respective representatives, officers, directors, owners, members, trustees, agents, and employees, from any loss, liability, damage or cost in any way arising out of or related to, your actions and omissions at, around, or while traveling to and from, the Brick City Beer and Wine Festival scheduled for March 31, 2017.
